Each home arrives fully assembled and ready to mount wherever you’d like to attract Purple Martins. The top and second levels open for easy end-of-season cleanout, making maintenance simple and hassle-free.
 
Crafted from durable PVC board and assembled with PVC glue and stainless-steel screws, this home is built for year-round outdoor use. It will not rot, crack, splinter, or split and is resistant to mold and mildew. Impervious to moisture, insects, and termites, it’s designed to provide FOREVER enjoyment for you and your Purple Martins.
 
The top and second level opens for easy end of season clean out.  We send instructions to help you.
 
The homes are made of PVC board and constructed with PVC glue and stainless steal screws. 
 
They come in the natural white with the roof painted to your choice of color (you name the color we have it). We use Rust-Oleom 2X spray paint. Google for variation of colors and just give us the name of the color you choose.
